USA Experian PLS Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card Allen Texas
*Consumer Comment: Very Simple Matter
Signed up for their $1 trial for 7 days, on the 7th day I tried to find their 800 number on line, because my credit card denied the charge and I wanted to go ahead and canceled. Unfortunately I could not find the number and could not get on the website to find a number because they kept requesting an updated credit card number. I decided I would try later, got busy and forgot. Fast forward 16 days later they pushed through a charge and over drew my bank account. Bank can’t do anything until Experian refunds my money and Experian will not refund my money.

YOU stated YOU signed up for a SEVEN day free trial. On the SEVENTH day, you tried to cancel. By your own admission here, YOU failed to follow thru on the cancellation. YOU also free stated "you forgot" to follow thru. Because YOU failed to follow thru, this is YOUR problem, not theirs! Grow up and stop playing the blame game!
