It was a huge scam, he lied to us and said he was purchasing our home for cash, sent us a purchase offer but failed to tell us that by signing that we were signing over the deed to our home and it would still be under our name! ITs a huge scam dont fall for it like we almost did!
What the scam is is that he would rent our house out and pocket the money and let i go into forecloure under our name and he can walk away! He blaintenly lied to us the whole time! And now that I found this out he wont email me back! OF course! He also wanted us to pay $700 in closing cost and said he did all the title work in house! That was a lie too.
