I received a call today from a lady trying to clean up her driving record and get her Virginia driver's license re-instated. She told me that USA Legal Resources had charged her $1.90 for one week access to myself and 2 other attorneys who might be able to assist her. I have never heard of this company, never agreed to be on any such referral list and do not do any work in the area of law she needs. I have called the 800 number and asked to be removed from their lists - all of their lists. Please be wary of any recommendations they make.
