Used them as brokers for a move from NYC to LA. I paid them directly a $1000 deposit and purchased additional insurance in case the movers broke my stuff.

The movers broke and lost a bunch of my stuff.

Called the brokers to get the movers (G&M moving and storage) to honor the insurance and the company has shut down. Movers won't honor insurance because the company shut down.
