The merchendice is all out dated, very high in price plus you can't use your credit card to charge stuff you had to pay cash,or check. They lead me to believe that it would help my credit.

I call a couple different times to cance and to get my money back but they always seemed to con me into not. plus they said I had to return my wecome package that I never recieved.

I have not used the credit card and would like to receive my money back of 79.95

Contact the FTC/FCC

It may sound corny, but contacting the FTC/FCC/FBI when applicable and the office of Comptroller of Currency can really carry a lot of weight in their actions to help you. I would advise yuo to try to Comptroller of Currency first, I think you may be able to file a complaint online now. If they can't help you, they will certainly know who you can contact for help. If you're persistent, you'll likely get your lost payment back that seemed to pay for no service whatsoever.

Best of luck
