USA PT, Body Of Change Personal trainers repeatedly "no show" for sesssions. Poor management. Atlanta Georgia

I entered a personal training contract with USA PT d/b/a "Body of Change" which operates at LAFitness. I agreed to pay $104/month for (4) training sessions per month with a personal trainer.

Since the start of this contract in May, 2006, the training staff is constantly changing. The company cannot seem to retain management or trainers for more than a couple of months.

Over the past month, my assigned trainers have "no showed" on three occasions. I approached the manager each time and there was no resolution.

I was simply told that she would "talk to the trainer" and to be sure to come for my next scheduled appointment. In fact, her attitude suggested that she did not actually care about the problem.

Training is obviously very expensive and due to the repeated "no shows" and poor customer service I would like to cancel the remainder of my contract with Body of Change. I have placed calls to the corporate office and left voicemails and am still without a response.

I would strongly advise potential future clients to AVOID this company. I wish I was aware of the numerous complaints documented on this website and with the Better Business Bureau before singing the contract.
