USA Serve They do not pay for services Mickelson New Jersey

This company claims to not have provided any diligence which is another FALSE claim. Although very vague and unnacceptable, attached is the diligence they themselves posted to our website which is why we had to request additional attempts:

Attempt 09/30/2013 8:10 PM NO ANSWER, LIGHTS WERE ON BUT COULD NOT SEE OR HEAR ANYONE INSIDE.

Served 10/01/2013 5:15 PM Delivered a true copy of the process for the within named person. Person receiving documents was of suitable age and discretion.

We provide a server instruction guide online which documents and outlines the type diligence we require which was clearly not accomodated. These requirements include a description of the property etc. if no contact can be made which was clearly not provided. We have no record of being contacted about payment to initiate any type response. Needless to say, we decided very quickly based on the lack of diligence that we would not be using this company (Statewide Process Servers) as a trusted vendor.

There really is nothing more that I can add here other than the fact that individuals whom make false allogations and act unprofessionally using websites like this to do so, simply damage their own reputation in the process.

The facts stated in the rebutal are absolutely false. We served two papers to a single address. The papers were attempted daily and then served there was no due dillegence sent to them Affidavits of Service were provided to USA SERVE. NO PAYMENT HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED. I have contacted the owner several times and am told every time that he will look into it and get back to me but never does. This "payment" is the first he has ever mentioned and again his response is only here trying to "save" his reputation but yet there has been zero effort to contact me despite all my attempts to resolve this matter with them. 

Bogus report here as we show only one job completed by this company which we show as paid on October 15, 2013. I will add that after reviewing the diligence provided, it was lacking to say the least showing 3 consecutive attempts with nothing more than "NO ANSWER" which simply did not meet our requirements so additional attempts were requested and it finally was served. Also, this individual has no idea what we charge our clients so their comment on our pricing is also bogus and inflated. They have easily exposed themselves to a liable lawsuit.
