Stop wasting your time reporting your gripes to this or any other service, including the State, local, and federal government entities. They cannot help you. Hire a lawyer and take it to court. There is no other way, and that may not work. The LAW doesn't care how much you were ripped-off or by whom, but, there are legal contracts and there are illegal contracts.
