to whom this may concern:

i have just found out this company (usa voicemail) was charging me 13.60 for the past 3 months. and to my dismay i tried to call but no one was ever there to answer the phones. and today i called yet again and someone was auctually there but all they could say was sorry and that they will only credit me for one month!! so that means im out 40$ plus. and when i asked to speak to someone else they stated everyone was busy. so asked if they could call me back and they said NO! the only thing that makes no so mad is the fact i have never had voice mail!! and i all i wanted was my money back for something i did not have nor order!!
