USA3000 USA 3000 Changed flight time - unwilling to refund or credit ticket! Newton Square, Pennsylvania
*Consumer Comment: Should have Read the Agreement before Booking.
*Consumer Suggestion: Should Have Booked an Earlier Flight
After purchasing tickets from USA3000, they emailed us to let us know that they changed our flight time - to a full hour later than when we purchased the tickets! The new flight time wouldn't work for our travel plans.
When we called to cancel our tickets, they not only refused to do so, they wouldn't even give us a credit to use another time. Terrible customer service!

As always, when booking a ticket at any airline, including USA3000, they offer a set of company rules and standards that most people just check the agree box and move on. In those it states that ALL USA3000 tickets are non-refundable, and the airline has the right to change the time of a flight, or even cancel it all together.

If an hour was so critical to your plans you should have booked an earlier flight. The flight could have been cancelled or running late even if it had not been rescheduled.
You obviously bought a non-refundable ticket. Did you check the rules for the ticket you bought? Normally you have to pay a cancellation or change fee (except for Southwest which is why I only fly them) and you get a year to use what's left. This is the fisrt airline I ever heard of that didn't do this. Is USA3000 an airline or a 3rd party booking service?
You should always book directly with an airline because if you have a problem the booking service passes you onto the airline which passes the problem back and it rarely gets resolved.
