They are deceptive, rip off artists. At&T was going to turn off my phone due to a $114 bill, I looked at my statements, and on the back of one of the pages stated the $50 a month charges. I called them and demanded a full refund, after an hour of being put on hold, and arguing, they said they would refund all the charges. We'll see if this happens or not. I refuse to pay a dime for these charges. At &T and all phone companies should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to their customers!
