I recently moved and filed for an address change. I am familiar with the postal service doing a one dollar payment to verify identity so I didn't think twice about giving my card info. Later, after looking at my transactions I saw I was charged 39.99. I am in the tech industry so very well versed at scams, but there was nothing to ever raise a red flag until I saw the charge. I will be calling today to have it reversed, if they do not reverse it I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.
