Big Scam! Do not do business, work for, or refer your friends to this company!

USAlarms, LLC use telemarketers to peddle alarm systems for Guardian Protection Services, and they will call you over and over and over again!  Do not refer your friends and family -- BIG MISTAKE!!

While Guardian has a good name and reputation, USAlarms is a completely shiesty organization.  I have spoken to them on more than one occasion and I do not know why Guadian still allows them to ruin their brand.  As one of Guardians biggest distributors, USAlarms hire people to knock door to door, selling alarm systems. They bait you in with a low offer and then jack up the price when they arrive.  If you work for them, beware because they will steal the salespeople's commissions if they ever leave.  Trust me; I can provide any lawyer with several names of ex-employees (salespeople & installers) that this has happened to. This is their norm!

USAlarms fraudulently sells to renters when they know Guardian does not accept renters, and when the renter moves, they charge a $200 move fee!  Many, if not most, companies will move you for free to keep the business, but not USAlarms!!

To keep up with chargebacks due to their telemarketers high-pressure selling customers who cannot afford their high-priced alarm systems, they refuse to pay commissions in a timely manner at times.  According to them, the accountant forgets to send the checks or make the deposits. Also, they send what I would think are illegal group emails to customrs stating that their alarm accounts are deactivated due to a lack of payment!  Anything to get them back on the books! This is dangerous!  Their customers are put at risk by other people knowing or believing that their customer's alarms do not work, not to mention the privacy concerns.  These emails are currently circulating among their ex-employees, and can be easily obtained for any interested party.

Gary Hand and Tom Miglicco used to own an ADT dealership called Alliance.  I believe it is now defunct, you'll have to check into that, but they operated it from the same office until recently -- (((Redacted))), Baton Rouge, LA (((Redacted))).  I'm not sure of the legalities of that, but someone may want to look into it, because this is an absolute fact.

Do not do business with this company.  Do not refer your friends, and do not work for them!  As a customer or an employee, you will be taking a big chance!
