Unauthorized charges of $34.16 on local telephone bill billed by USBI. When I called the phone number, it was a company called Cheap2Dial and they subjected me to an advertisement when I said I was calling about an unauthorized charge. WHen I did not respond to the "great rate," the customer rep said she would cancel the service but would not credit the charge. If there are others interested in pursuing this legally, please let me know. I need a copy of the bill with the unauthorized charge. Phyllis
