If you’re a business owner searching for solutions to hire faster, you may have stumbled across a company called Usenvision. They advertise themselves as experts in recruitment marketing — not your typical recruitment agency, but a “modern” alternative using psychology, social media, and data to attract candidates.

That’s exactly how they got me.

The Pitch Sounds Great — Until You Pay

It started with a friendly cold call from someone representing Usenvision, followed by slick emails and a 15-minute sales demo by their sales agent Santiago Cortes. I was told that within days, I’d have a consistent flow of qualified applicants, with no hefty agency fees. Just smart marketing.

It felt like a no-brainer. I paid. That’s when the problems began.

The Reality: Vague Promises, No Results

Once the money was sent, communication slowed down. When I asked for campaign performance updates or lead quality reports, I was brushed off with vague responses like “the campaign is optimizing” or “give it a few more days.”

The so-called “candidates” I received?

  • Some didn’t even have the right qualifications.
  • One didn’t know what job they had applied for.
  • A few never even responded to my outreach.

And when I pressed for answers? They ghosted me.

Blocked and Ignored by Emilis Dominykas Striuoga & Santiago Cortes Diaz

The two names tied to this service — Emilis Striuoga and Santiago Cortes Diaz stopped replying entirely. I followed up multiple times, professionally and politely, just asking for transparency or a refund. Eventually, they blocked me without ever resolving anything.

No refund. No real campaign. No accountability.

So What Is Usenvision Really Selling?

In my opinion? Expensive Facebook ads with poorly down templates with no targeting, no vetting, and no commitment to results. They sell a dream and disappear once the check clears.

This isn’t recruitment. It’s lead generation disguised as a hiring solution, and it’s being marketed to time-strapped business owners who are desperate to fill roles fast.

Final Thoughts: Think Twice Before Paying Usenvision

If you’re looking up Usenvision reviews or searching “Is Usenvision a scam?”, take this article as your red flag. I wish I had read something like this before I paid.

There are better, safer, more honest ways to hire. Learn from my mistake — and keep your money far away from Usenvision.

Clarification Regarding This Report

AUTHOR: Kelly - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, August 03, 2025

I want to clarify that I was not a paying client of Usenvision. The original post was based on personal opinions and skepticism after reviewing the company’s public marketing materials and online presence. However, the language used may have given the impression that I had direct experience as a customer — that was not the case.

This post should have been framed strictly as personal opinion, not as a factual account of events. I understand that this distinction is important and I now recognize that some parts may have been misleading. I have taken steps to remove other content and do not wish to continue pursuing this matter.

I regret any confusion the original post may have caused and am posting this clarification voluntarily.

Usenvision’s Pitch Sounds Slick — But Is It Just Hype?

AUTHOR: Kelly - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, August 03, 2025

If you’re a business owner desperate to hire faster, chances are you’ve seen ads or received a pitch from a company called Usenvision. They brand themselves as experts in “recruitment marketing,” claiming to be a modern alternative to traditional staffing agencies. They talk a big game about using psychology, data, and social media to attract better talent — faster and cheaper.

I never became a client, and frankly, I’m glad I didn’t.

Their pitch is polished. I received a cold call from a rep who was friendly and confident. Follow-up emails were professionally written, and their sales demo — led by someone named Santiago Cortes — felt like something straight out of Silicon Valley. It was all very convincing: No agency fees, no long hiring cycles, just smart marketing that brings in top applicants within days.

But something didn’t sit right.

The more I listened, the more it felt like a carefully rehearsed script rather than a genuine solution. When I asked specific questions about how campaigns are tracked, how lead quality is measured, or what kind of reporting clients receive — the answers were vague at best. Phrases like “We let the campaign optimize itself” and “Results depend on your niche” started popping up more than actual data or examples.

It made me wonder: Is this really recruitment innovation, or just rebranded digital marketing dressed up as something new?

To be clear, I’m not saying Usenvision is a scam — but I am saying that businesses should approach their promises with caution. It’s easy to get pulled in by flashy marketing, especially when you're under pressure to hire. But hype without transparency isn’t innovation. It’s just noise.

In a world full of hiring challenges, we don’t need more vague promises. We need partners who deliver results — and show us the proof.
