USFastcash, a payday loan company withdrew a total of $625.00 to pay back a loan of $300.00 within 2 months time and claim none of this money goes towards the principle balance.

They also state that it IS NOT LEGAL to "collect what we want, when we want" as an excuse for not applying this money towards the loan balance. But in fact, this is exactly what they have done!

Also, when calling to make arrangements to actually pay the balance, they told me to wait 5 days so they could charge an additional $115.00 in so called fees. Bringing the total payback to $930.00.

A subsequent BBB investigation determined that this address is the address for offices of the Miami Nation Indian Tribe USFASTCash loaned me a $300 holiday loan in December 2009 and immediately debeted $270 the same day and is still trying to collect $600 Miami, Oklahoma
