as of tuesday march 11th. i was rudely disconnected from usgoldline. i asked them nicley. to stop the process and they refused. i asked the rep, why and she said it was a verbal commitment. i said that doesnt mean anything. i want a written or a tape of the original recorded message. with a terry holland and i told her. he gave me a confirmation number that was 1398140. she then just hung the phone up. i want my 250.00 back and get this company in more trouble. what can i do.
