About 10 months ago I was called by a rep of USLAC and was told that my school loans could be lowered or even forgiven. Finally, my loan company calls me and states that I am in arrears and that this third party company cannot help me with my loans. I am now out $600 and have hurt my credit which was fantastic before this awful mistake because of scammers... please help me and stop this from happening to others.
