Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
USMEDSAVERS are ripoff artists!! They responded to my order by stating that they could not complete my order as they could not reach my doctor. A week later I see a charge of 19.95 processing fee on my Visa card. This is on an order that they can'not process! Two weeks later I see another charge of 14.95 for a membership fee. When I called the 800 number, it is non-operational!! They state that even though they could not process my order, it needed to have been cancelled or they keep it open and justify the charges I mentioned. when I contacted them, they say that all charges are justified in the small print that no one reads! They refuse to refund any charges!
