USMEDSAVERS.COM charged for services not asked for. company not known to me Internet

A charge for $14.95 appeared on my credit card. The phone number listed was 1-800-7429192IL. I attempted to call and the recording said phone lines were being updated.

I called my credit card and the representative there told me to try their website,they had a live chat line. I did and got an e-mail back from them.

The e-mail address is UnknownSender@UnknownDomain.

The message is, We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day. This was on 09/14/06.

I contacted them again on 09/18/06 in the live chat box as before. Received the same e-mail message.

They have generated a reference number. Ticket code
LTK6308940930X.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have been charged this three times.
