I went to Utah Imports recently and had the worst experience ever. Alan was the one who helped me and he lied and told me that my car needed 6000 in repairs in order to fix it. So I went and got a second opinion at the vw dealer and all it needed was 600 in parts and labor. Be very careful if you are thinking about going to Utah Imports, very disshonest and not helpfull at all. they will rip you off. I am just glad that I got a second opinion.

i have had multiple vehicles serviced along with family and referrals, i have never had a problem and each time alan was courteous and answered all of my questions. i know he is a apecialty shop and we found utah imports because we needed a vw specialist. they have always done great work and even though it has been specialty work costs have been reasonable....
i recommend them to family and friends with problems

I've been going to Utah imports for over 4 years now based upon the recommendation of someone else. They have always given me good service and upfront pricing. The reason I've been going to Utah Imports is because of the high labor costs from the local VW dealer. Alan has always been right to the point and I have never felt that I have been ripped off. Also, in four years, I've never had to bring my VW back because of shoddy work.

I bought an Audi again just because Utah Imports works on them. Actually Alan has always been very honest and helpful to me. I always thought I would want someone like Alan at my front counter...
