I prepared two Broker Price Opinions for this company in April 2011 and in August 2011 still no response, I have contacted every person that emailed me for the report and they have all "left the company" or do not handle payments, I was told to email vendorpayments@utls.com, and have done so 5 times with no response.

DO NOT PREPARE BROKER PRICE OPINIONS FOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PAY, I am sending them to a collection agency.
