V2 recently implemented a new policy which I saw when I entered my last order. It states they will guarantee shipment of your order 15 days from the day it is entered. Previously, they shipped in one or two days. Now they charge your credit card immediately, then they wait the full 15 days before shipping, using your money for who knows what. Beware of buying from this company. I don't believe the Chinese have any concept of the power of the consumer.
