Tim Akins from vacation property marketing , inc called my husband and me asking us to help us sell our time share. We were willing to let him if this was not a scam. He wanted to charge our credit card $900, that we would get back as soon as the time share was sold. He mailed us a contract that we signed and mailed back to him. We have not heard a word from him since then. We have called and called but all the information we were provided by him is disconnected. We have paid for our time share to sold but but 2 years later we are still waiting!
