But it many cases it is not. If the settlement states that all terms must be confidential than fine, but it is not common to all settlements. And by the looks of it, she is still posting, so it would seem the settlement did not stick.

And is she really wasn't a patient of yours and this is a "personal matter," then I think we all pretty much know the general plot of this story (if not the details). We've all been there, doc. Good luck :)

Obviously whoever you are to request a photo of a settelment be posted online have never been involved in a civil law suit. If you had been in one, you would know if the case is settled then the terms are confidential. Secnod this case had nothing to do with my dental skills. It was a personal matter not involving any of patients of mine. Meaning the person responsible for these untrue defamatory statements had never been a patient in my office.

Upload it as a pic so we can see. And if you settled with her, then why do you expect more "defamatory" statements? 

BTW, whether she's wrong or right, a good bedside manner will help prevent this sort of thing in the future. 

I would like to inform the citizens and the community of Simi valley that there is a person on the internet trying to tarnish my reputation on World Wide web. She is posting the same untrue reviews of my business and spreads lies and rumors that I overcharged them or abused them or stole money from them. All these stories are very untrue. I have been a member of professional community in simi valley since Oct 1999. I have had no complaints until OCT 2008. This person has posted many untrue and defematory content on the internet about me and my good name. they have tried on yahoo, merchant circle, Ripp_off report and Yelp, and Yedda. I have been successful to contact many sites and since they have removed these comments since they originate from the same IP address. HowevIer, I have been unccessful to have yelp citysearch and ripoff report  to delete these reviews. I am sure there will be more of these reviews in coming days everywhere in the web. I just wanted to make you aware that these comments are very untrue about my dental office. I would encourage you to check out my positive reviews on merchant circle and yahoo locals. I have identified the woman responsible for these untrue false and defamatory statments trough legal means.A civil law suit was filed and this case was settled.
