Vai Lon Lai opens an ebay case stating seller sends wrong item and wants refund. Adds photos of another item to his case file, in our case it was a watch.
He plays like he's the hurt party, doesn't lash out or lose his cool though his English and grammar get worse in each response as he says he doesn't understand what he has done wrong. He prays on ebays buyer protection policy and PayPal protection. He waits out his response time to stretch the dispute out.
He HAS gotten away with this at least once due to another member posting here about him last year.
I've opened a case with Post Office for mail fraud on him though it appears unless he's had other complaints they probably won't investigate him.
It's maddening to feel like I'm not being heard and Dicky here will go on scamming other sellers.
Do NOT do business with this scam artist. If he pulls this off he will get our watch AND the 310$ he paid.
No one should have to feel like I do right in this moment.
