Vale does not transfer timeshares. Mine has been going on 2 years through their company, and has yet to be transfered. Paid 3495.00 to guaranteed to be out. here we are 2 years later and i still get bills. Devin Kolb and Marvin Mullins has a long history with a few failed companies. wonder if this is another.
