VALIC/AIG deceptive, unreliable, misleading, questionable, in cahoots to misrepresent Internet

When I left working at a local University, I had unpaid overtime which was put in a "special account".  I was NOT aware it was an "investment" acount.  I DID NOT fill out an application. VALIC should NOT have accepted the funds without an application. 

After a time corresponding with the University, I find I MUST fill out an application to get MY money.  VALIC has "invested" the money in a manner which LOST money and will NOT return the money to me unless I "Apply" and request my funds - MINUS a charge by them!
