Rick Nash the owner of Valley Mall Tattoo, says to me "Just give me $200." He charges $125 an hour. Rick Nash tattooed for only one hour and charges me $200. I did complain about this and reported the matter to the Office of Fair Trading.
I complained to Rick Nash - he just ignored me.
