Consumer, do yourself a huge favor. These people put items on their website that are totally nonexistent. We ordered (6) double door dog carriers and paid them promptly. On the website they stated they had a quantity of (20). They took our money, then came back and said they had "nothing". Said it would be the end of May or June before they could find their supplier to "order for us". These people are total liars and crooks. We doubt seriously if we will EVER see our refund.
