Valu pass does not allow cancellation of their services and will not refund your $99 which will be charged to your account. They have nothing to offer you and it will end up costing you $100 to learn this. Just do not, under any circumstances, sign up for trial access to their website.

Update: I was able to get my $99 back by reporting them to criminal crimes complaint center and continuing with sights like ripoff report. Which, they obviously do not want. While you CAN get your money back it is very difficult and I do not recommend dealing with them. (The name given with this report should be disregarded as he is only a representative. It is ValuPass that should be held accountable.)
