I placed an order for 30 tablets from www.value-pharm.com. The charge was $159. I have a printout of the original order showing clearly that this is correct. I received the 30 tablets. I have since received my credit card bill and they have charged me $388. When I returned to the website to clarify this I saw they had listed a further 90 tablets onto the order and charged me as a seperate item for those in the same transaction.

I immediately emailed their customer support to explain that there was a problem regarding over charging for something I did not order and requested that they refund the $209 wrongly taken from my account. They replied today with an email which is not relevant to my query telling me they are going to send 90 more tablets to me.

I don't want them and did not order them. The phone numbers are constantly engaged or not answered. Today they have blocked any email from my befeline@sky.com (the email address I gave them at the order) - they get returned. I can't help but think that if my credit limit on that card had been higher they would have taken as much money as they could. I want to get my money back. They will not communicate. I have spoken in a compnay support "chat room" to someone called Mark who said I was right and had been charged for more goods than I ordered but he won't cancel any further shipments or return my money. All I'm told is that the finance department
