Valuenutrition.com Value Nutrition I paid $80 for vitamins. First they said they were out of stock and offered a refund. I requested a refund several times but never received it. new york (internet company)

On 9/27/2010 I ordered $80.00 worth of vitamins from Value Nutrition. On 10/04/2010 they told me that they were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes. Then I repeatedly asked for my refund via email over the course of several years. They repeatedly responded with an email that said that they would look into the matter, but they never did. Now they don't even have an email address that you can write to if you have a problem with your order. (They also have no phone number.)  I never received my refund even after I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau of New York, NY this month (July, 2012). Please beware of this company!
