Prepaid for the game on line. Big day finally arrives. Go on line to try and get up and running and unable to get anything to happen. Valve and associated company 2k or Steam neither have a way to reach a real person to solve your issues.
Complete lack of acceptable customer service. Already called credit card company and disputed the $49.99 charge.
Valve/Steam I am no longer a fan or follower of, you lost me as a customer forever. Hope you are happy with driving away customers!
