Valvoline Instatn Oil Change VIOC VIOC is not topping off fluids such as power steering, brake, anti freeze etc. I have been paying attention for over a year and a half and still filing to minimum levels. Chaska Minnesota

This company is not topping off fluid levels during oils changes as they state they do. Two oil changes on the same vehicle and the power steering fluid was below the minimum level on the second oil change. When I went it to have it topped off, the worker "Will" got upset because I had and attitude and corked on me. He refused to top off the fluids told me to leave as he was refusing service. Ended up in a phone car to the police stating I was refusing to leave... hence he had closed door so I could not leave initially.
Moral of story. Stay clear, poor customer service and not doing what they are claiming to do.

I am very sorry. "Will" must have been having a bad day. But still, all he had to do is top of your PS fluid. So again, I am sorry. I work for the same shop, at least by name, and I tell everyone " if it's under the full line, it's not toped off."
