Van Hill Furniture Mattress, Memory Foam, Couch, Sofa Zeeland Michigan

We have been buying furniture from Van Hill, in Zeeland, Michigan for a few years. My wife's family knew the salesman and we have gone there for a lot of our needs. 1.5 years ago we did a major remodeling of our house and decided to change most of the furniture in our living room, dining room, theater room and mattresses.

As you can imagine, we have spent several thousand dollars on new furniture. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed we have been with the quality, warranty, customer service and attitude of the store.

We have had to replace the couch, love seat, theater room furniture and now the mattress. We are only two middle aged adults in the house with no pets or kids that would damage furniture. All of the furniture is made of low quality foam and had to be re-stuffed in 3 months. It was not useable after just a few months.

The mattress we paid $3K and bought top of the line memory foam mattress. It was sagging in a couple of months. Had them come take it for repair and they ripped it on the way out. They gave us a loaner and told us we have to sleep on it with plastic covering it. They brought it back a week later and it had the same issue.

We went back to talk to the manager and he tells me all he can do is send it to the factory again for the same solution, if i can prove that it sags more than 3 inches and send photos to prove it. Who would pay $3K to have a bed that is sagging 3 inches? My wife wants the bed thrown out and we are going to a different vendor.

Their behavior is unacceptable and we are DONE buying anything at this store, ever again.
