i ask if i may refiance my loan, i lost some of my wages. i was told they have no programs available. i will be turning 65 in sept and i will not be able to make the mortage.the company even hung up on me

Just to give you a little inside knowledge vanderbilt mortgage does not do refi of their loans. They have no department to even handle that. They loan out money and collect but do not refi. If you wish to refinance you will need to find another lender. This is not because they have anything against you the rules are the same for everybody.
