Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Inc. refuses to work with good customers by lowering our current interrest rate of over 8% to a more affordable payment which is forcing us to lose our home.
They will not help us by adjusting our loan in this difficult housing market where home loans are now at 3 to 4% or lower.
