My account was sold to these people after the first (approx) 6 months. Never late. When they purchased the loan, it has constantly been calls (when payment was not even due yet - they said a reminder), and rudeness. These people will add new meaning to the word loanshark. I was never 30 days late, and they called me and was so rude - they told me if I couldn't afford it, I should move out and give it back to them, so they could sell it. They have added to the payments (which was never supposed to go up), and insurance. I know there should and are laws that prohibit this kind of business transactions.
