DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VANGUARD COMMUNICATIONS (aka Robert Carlson). It is a SCAM! He will ask you to wire him the money for the phones saying he will ship them to you and then you do not receive them. He will give you all kinds of phony excuses on why he is having trouble sending them and then when you ask for your money back, he will cut off all communication. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Placed an order in August 2011 for Shoretel phone server and phones for an office. Spoke to Robert Carlson of Vanguard Communications who wanted me to wire the money and he would send the equipment. Shipped the server, but never sent the phones. Kept giving these lame excuses that he was having trouble shipping them and agreed to send the money back, but the money never came and he cut off all communication. Avoid Vanguard Communications (aka Robert Carlson) at all costs...he will steal your money!
