I purchased a female pug with promised AKC papers to mate with my full breeded Pug Male 1 year & a half ago all Ive gotten is the run around , call his Florida store made empty promises to send AKC papers to me. I paid almost $1, 000 cash for a full Breeded Pug with AKC papers & Ive spoken to owner Michael a dozen times other employees another dozen made empty promises &still a year 1/2 later still havnt recieved the document. I was charged for services I didnt recieve including my chip ID phone # to register for lost or stolen dog protection. Would like 1/2 back for aggrevation calling long distance to NY where purchaed & FL his other store. Please help. Thank you
