This company called me with a very slick sales pitch to buy software which was supposed to be abe to predict movement in individual stocks. I bought after I asked about the refund and was told I would get a full refund if I cancelled within 15 days. They say they have a recording of me agreeing to the $495 processing fee and it is buried in paragraph 20 of their terms and conditions. I'm pretty sure if I heard a $495 processing fee to get my money back I would have said no.

High pressure sales - shady business practices.
