The point is do not waste you time with Jason Lane, his fly by night companies or any of his marketing affiliates. I do not know how legal his operation is but my vantage point every business he is connected seems deceptive. If you do your research, his Marketing Groups change names often and I am not the first one to complain.
I invested in his operation. I mistakenly believe that would included as a partner of a new marketing business, but he did not disclose the true nature of the services. I would not have invested in such an operation if I new the truth (he figured out a way to take people money while giving nothing back). I can assure you the idea does work, it makes lots of unreported money and it is very profitable. Once has to be impressed by how clever it is. Just remember he is willing to take from the customer as quickly as he is to take from his investors or affiliates. The only one who will profit form any dealing is Jason Lane. He refuses to repay honest loans and can make a new company whenever it suits him. He will let the investors or affiliates to take all the risk and the fall. Sort of like a pimp, but without the protection.

Apparently Grandeur Marketing / Jason Lane is a notorious scam artisit and is well known for ripping people off.
There is even a Facebook page dedicated to him for his bad business practices:

I would strongly advise all affiliate networks/pulishers to stop doing business with thim before they end up another victim.
Avoid any future problems while you still can.

Jason Lane left Vantex on March 31st of 2009. He was not an officer, principal or owner of Vantex or any of its related companies. His role was Director of Affiliate Marketing. He did not sign a single IO nor did he have any part in the decision making process when it came to how Vantex paid its bills. If you go to the FTC website and pull up the complaint filed against Vantex and its ownership, you will not find his name listed. The scandal over the Grant Connect offer that resulted in Vantex and the related companies being raided by the FTC happened months after he left the company.
This accusation was filed after he left the company and has zero merit. There is not a single piece of evidence to support these allegations.

Jason Lane was for a very brief time an employee of Vantex Group.
Since March 2009 Vantex Group has nothing in common with the said person.
All his private activities need not be connected with Vantex Group, a reputable company in the affiliate world.
