I ordered from Vaperxs on a trial and error for smokeless cigarets . The day I received them they deducted $99.00 from my account. I called them right away and they offered to refund the money within 3-5 days.so four calls and 3 weeks later I am told the request was sent out on 2/10/2014 Today 3/10/201 I was told it was sent but only half and they gave me a confirmation number (00156476) and there was nothing else she could do to help me
