My mother, an elderly disabled veteran was desperatly looking to sell her house after covid hit, and unfortunaly she ran into a real estate agent who took advantage of her desperation. She did some research and came across this real estate agent named Vaqas Khan. At first Vaqas seemed very nice. After being very stessed for months my mother let her defense down and trusted vaqas comnpletely.

At first my mom was worried because she didnt have money to fix up the house for selling. Vaqas came to the rescue and told my mom that he would pay his own money to fix up the house and take it out of his own comission. I thought this was a very nice gesture from vaqas and my mom started to trust him even more! He said things like "I'm doing this beceause I really want to help you out...I know your stressed and tired...my comission dosent matter". 

It turns out that everything was a complete lie from vaqas!!

After entering escrow, the notery came by to bring papers. The papers said that vaqas was getting DOUBLE COMISSION.  3% more than he told my mother he was getting...
Even the notery lady asked my mom if it was correct because it seemed off. My mom got angry and almost called the whole thing off. Vaqas said it was a mistake on his end and begged us not to make the buyers suffer for it. He 100% assured us that he would fix the issue and take care of it.

That was the last we heard from vaqas......

After we signed the paperwork vaqas disappread! The mistake was never fixed. We have been texting/calling but he ignores every call. My mother is a veteran in her elderly ages and works two jobs just to pay her mortgage and vaqas in the type of agwent who will pray on people like that.

Right now we are currently seeking legal action against vaqwas and his brokerage. Don't let his happen to you!
