VCA VET CLINICS OF AMERICA SUE SERGY 201-247-8293 DEAD CHIHUAHUA PUPPY- VCA KILLED MY PUPPY SO. WEYMOUTH Massachusetts

i brought my 2 yr. old pregnant chihuahua to the vca cliic in so. wey. ma, i called first to tell them she needed an emergency c-section as the babies feet were hanging out of her.  they told me to bring her right in and the vet was there to do the surgery.  i also told them i was a senior citizen on a fixed income and i was told they would work along with me .

when i arrived with my daughter on july 8, 2014 at 2 am they brought us into to the exam room , after a 1/2 they came back with an estimate of over $3,000 before they would even look at her.  unless we 3/4 of that estimate they would not do anything and if i didn't have the money i would have to sign the momma dog over to them..my daughter then paid with her credit card and they took my dog to prep her for surgery.

after 2 1/2 hours i banged on the e/r door and i asked if mom and baby were ok and if the baby was still alive--i was told he was--but they were still waiting for the doctor to show up as he had a "geographfical problem" getting there on time.  this is at 4:30 am--i could my momma dog screaming from  the room they had her in--all that time in a cage with the baby hanging out of her--i was very upset and they would not let see her.

at 5:45 am the dr. finally came out and told the baby had died--of course the baby died there was no dr. there to do the "emergency surgery" to save the baby.

i asked for the baby and brought him home and he is in my freezer as i have contacted judge marilyn milian the judge on tv and they have taken my case to take these "killers" to court.  when i picked up the momma dog the next day they would not release her until everything was paid in full. i now owe this money to my daughter and her credit will be ruined if i don't pay her back. 

i contacted the corporate offices in ca and told them my story and they gave me the number of the regional manager sue sergy--2 weeks later she called me back with an offer of $500 to settle out of court.  i refused and i told her i would seek out an attorney to help me with this. all i wanted  was my daughters money returned and an apology for killing my puppy--now i have been told to sue them for triple damages for what happened

i have also informed the vca of my intent to tell this story to the boston globe and all the local news papers and i also plan on picketing them  with several people who have gone through some of the same experiences i have.  you would not believe some of the stories i have been told.

i also informed them that"i will never let this go"

please everyone do not take your pets to this outfit they are killers and only out for money--they are buying up all the mom and pop animal clinics in america and i have told them they might be rolling in the dough now but "karma" is a b***h and there day will come!!!!!!!
