VectorVest Continued to bill me after I cancelled the service Cornelius North Carolina

I signed up for VectorVest (which I admit is a good program if you're willing to spend the time to learn it), but what I found distasteful is that that I called to cancel my subscription and the representative talked me into downgrading my montly subscription to the $19.99 per month level, which I did for a few months.  After that, realizing that I didn't have time to use the system, I called to completey cancel the service.  They continued to bill me for 7 months after this!  Make sure that if you cancel your paid subscription get an email confirmation that your account has been cancelled.
