I received a call from Vehicle Stars who offerred to sell my car for a fee. If not sold in 90 days, they would refund $399.

After 90 days, they didn't sell my car, answer my phone calls, or reply to my emails.

I sent them via certified mail all required supporting documents according to our agreement.

I reported them to the BBB, State Attorney's Office, and Florida Department of Consumer Affairs.
