Their software does not do what they state on their website and dialer does not work, they add on more fees and try to lock you in a contract. They upsell their service and never give straight answers to legitimate questions. They told me they would charge me $500 to setup and I paid along with $100 per user I had 5 users and paid $500 per month. We did some training and found out that many of the features of Velocify, we were promised were not included and we had to upgrade to another version which costs more. When we used the Velocify software it was completely different than what we were offered during the demo.

When I searched for a CRM I was attracted to try the free demo which Velocify only did a go 2 meeting to show their software so it was not a real demo. When Velocify set up our account it was not the same features that Velocify showed during the demo. We do mortgages and debt relief and the company Velocify has free versions of the service under their previous name Leads360 it's the express version. They charge the same amount for their new service under Velocify but sell add ons that are not worth the investment. Save your money and trouble by going directly to Sales Forces. Velcify is a mock up version of Sales Force CRM.

This company is run by a group of young unprofessional scam artists. They cannot honor their commitment to provide a 90 day money back gurantee http://pages.velocify.com/MBGW.html# instead they lock you into a contract and when you call to cancel the software they tell you that you need to pay out the contract in order to do so. I would highly caution anyone who does business with this company. They will give you the run around. They are crooks. We are in Orange county and I told them I would like to come into their office to work this out but they told me they only work with people over the phone and that they do most of their business all over the US so they are not able to meet clients in California.

I invested to improve my business and this company took my money. Now since I want cancel I have to pay $6,000 to break my contract and i lose the $500 setup fee. They said it would have to be paid first then I can cancel the service. WTF? i have to pay $6500 to not use their service that didn't work in the first place? This company Velocify obviously over charges businesses hefty fees for everything including the right to cancel withing 90 days with a full money back!! VELOCIFY and their sales staff just laughed at me when I expressed my concerns and told me I had to pay out my contract and they will be happy to cancel it!! Don't let this happen to your company!
