I have been ordering from this company since the beginning of the year and they always deliver on time or sometimes early. Even if my order is marked delivered and I say i did not receive it, The owner refunds me with no problem. JHelena is very sweet and down to earth. She does not take anyone's money. Please do not throw dirt on her name for the strength that if you reached out to her, she would have helped you with the situation.

First and foremost, I never took your money and ship out all product that comes through. I have proof all over my social networks. I always help customers if they order a package and it doesnt get deilvered. The post office some times messes up deliveries. However if the order is marked delivered then there is nothing I can do about that. Also, on my website clearly said its not real gold. So stop the nonsense and spreading lies.
